Sectors And Influence.[edit]

The page says that sectors have their own influence pool. From what the game files say, they actually ignore influence costs, hence the frontier outpost exploit. They normally don't seem to generate any at all, unless you give them a building which does.

influence = {
	accumulative = yes
	AI_category = influence
	max = 1000
	sector_ignore_cost = yes
}

Does this mean that sectors can build planetary administrations and other buildings that cost influence as long as they have all the other resources? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 94.19.200.59 (Talk) 02:16, 29 May 2016‎ (CEST)

Can the AI actually 'win' a game?[edit]

Surely the player just loses. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Prismaticmarcus (Talk) 17:21, 3 September 2016

Editing the Core Sector Systems table[edit]

Hi, this might be a stupid question, but how does one edit the table in the core sector system part? I haven't found any help that says how that is done, and looking at the other places where there is a similar table (For example Leaders) I can't find where the actual table data is pulled from. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Egodeus (talk) 09:06, 17 November 2016 (CET)

These tables are created by the {{bonus table}} template. – Lillebror (talk) 09:27, 17 November 2016 (CET)
Check, apparently someone already went and fixed the table, which was why I was asking for this. --Egodeus (talk) 11:45, 17 November 2016 (CET)
Hmm, the table is actually wrong, it contains outdated information. I think the reason is that the core sector planets was renamed core sector systems, but the renaming hasn't been done properly. This is just a thought, since looking at the source of Template:Icon/c you can see that the core sector planets has been renamed, but it doesn't say what it has been renamed to. But this is just an idea. As it is, the data is outdated. --Egodeus (talk) 11:52, 17 November 2016 (CET)
The bonus tables have an integrated SVersion tag - it was last updated for 1.1 just as indicated. Also, the template suggests that core sector planets was renamed to core sector systems [switch statement mechanics]. ~ SolSys (talk) 13:27, 17 November 2016 (CET)

Move Capital[edit]

Couldn't see this on the page, you can move your capital next to the waypoint selector when you have a planet active, it costs 250 influence.

Ketlings[edit]

Should it be pointed out that Ketlings as a species can be encountered without distant stars? They can also be encountered with leviathan as a species running a caravan.
