Does Stellaris not use YAML 1.1? Having the Merge Key working would make modding the main interface a whole lot easier. Being able to insert localisation lines rather than having to overwrite the entire l_language.yml file...or am I missing a trick here? -EtoileLion (talk) 13:57, 10 May 2016 (CEST)

That may be, but it won't work if you don't.
Atom recommendation appropriateness
With the recommendation to use UTF-8 BOM my understanding is that Atom does not support this https://github.com/atom/encoding-selector/issues/18
