Uplifting Pre-sentient Species[edit source]

The text on the page says "They can also be uplifted given the proper technological development. The planet needs to be within your direct borders, but not colonised for this" yet from what I have read elsewhere you either need to colonize the planet or it doesn't matter if you colonize or not. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Falesh (Talk) 18:54, 30 May 2016‎ (CEST)

I personally Uplifted a species on a not colonised planet in 1.0.3. The uplifting option itself is always avalible, but you must be able to chose the "target planet" and only the ones in your border are listed. It needs to be in your borders and inside your own borders (allies/federatons do not count). That is the only requirement. I can not verify the existence of a event chain when colonising besides them yet, only that they tend to block tiles with preference too Food tiles. --The Founder (talk) 19:08, 30 May 2016 (CEST)

Enclave?[edit source]

The page mentions that a species reaching FTL in a system with a Frontier Outpost becomes an enclave. Is this a reference to the Enclaves in Leviathan DLC or is it something else? If the former it should answer what happens if I don't have the DLC. — Preceding unsigned comment added by (talk) 22:31, 24 January 2017‎ (CET)

This means enclave the term rather than the mechanic. ~ SolSys (talk) 22:31, 25 January 2017 (CET)
Rewritten as enclaved (territory), I trust this is less confusing. ~ Ius (talk) 17:35, 27 January 2017 (CET)

Early Space Station Destruction[edit source]

So there's no mention of this, but what happens if you send a fleet to blow up a space age civ's 'Early Space Station'? -- 19:43, 8 February 2017 (CET)
