Cannot be changed while the TORA! TORA! TORA! modifier is active. The one reported below applies to Fanatic Purifiers, but apart from a name and flavour change, the bonuses/maluses are the same also for Determined Exterminators and Devouring Swarms.

Trade Policy

This policy determines what each unit of  Trade Value is converted into once it reaches the capital system. The policy is not available to  Gestalt Consciousness empires.
